Here’s a tip:
To enable the post editor with the smileys & stuff, go to
Settings > General Settings > Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options
Message Editor Interface: tick Enhanced Interface – Full WYSIWYG Editing
Save Changes

I sent out an email with that, seems all didn't get it. Gail says it never arrived
