Like Chuck stated, if you or anyone you know has 2", 3", 4" PVC pipe or cinder blocks please contact either of us. This would also be a tax deduction for those involved as TBBU is a registered 501.3c organization. TBBU has done much work over the years on waterways in the region, please check out http://www.tbbu.net/

    Thanks!!

i used a paddle bit on the 2" pvc to drill holes. first one side then mark with the end of the bit the other side to get the location of the other hole. cut the 3/4" pvc to length, shoved it in the hole.....had to use a die grinder to enlarge the hole slightly.....then anchored the 3/4 with drywall screws so they didnt fall out. used a short piece of paracord to tie around the end, up one rung, so it wont slip off. then the other end to a cinder block.....hope this helps....if not i can expand on it.....
