loy, a guide on lake livingston, and i marked up a map with new spots. karl and i checked them today, and they look like good spots!!! thanks again loy!!!! after checking the locations, we decided to wet a line. my first time using plain jigs without a cork. it worked!!!! love that THUMP!!!! caught a couple lmb and quite a few very nice crappie! gave my share to karl so his lovely bride would let him in the door. he really didnt need mine as he did really good on his own!!! hope they were good karl.....once the structures are dropped, gps locations will be posted.....should be about 2 weeks.....

It was good getting & checking those spots. Loy Deason of L.L.D. Lake Livingston Guide Services knows Livingston as good or better than most anyone around. He and Lee are on the lake more than they are on solid ground. He turned Chuck onto some good spots for the attractors!
Sure enough, I was late again, I've only beat Chuck to the water once
Chuck done good crappie jiggin! His first time and I think he's hooked on slab slayin now. There was one particular spot that was holdin sac-a-lait about 1' off the bottom in 10-12' at a boat house where their pair of dogs were keeping check on us. The fish were a little timid & took coaxing but a few made the ultimate sacrifice
.
I woke up with a touch of the crud yesterday and it laid in a bit better after I got back home. Sure glad I can stay bundled up in front of the computer.

The fish fry was lekker!
Support bacteria. They're the only culture some people have.
For a fish, the end of a barbed hook is the 'point' of no return ...
