I hit the lake today with Eddie (Kelloggs) but Raven was a bust. Cold front, muddy & windy. But as they say... any day fishing...
Speaking of bust; Vicious Fluoro green pack sucks. Had the stuff breaking on a cast & throwing away new jigs. Gonna have to do a write up on that stuff

Karl,
I like that P-line in Floro in 12lb, use it in about on all my rods, the others have big game mono in 12lb. When I start catching bigger fish and they brake my line a few times then I'll go with bigger line but the 2-3lbers I catch are fine with 12lb. Also use that magic spray line dressing.

@Chuck: Been looking for Bonehead lines, haven't found their fluoro, if they make it (http://boneheadtackle.com/). Do you know where to find? I may give their other lines a shot.
@Darin: I agree with big game 12#. I have some 25# BG but haven't spooled any up, saving that for Falcon & Amistad, only because of the rocks & mesquite. 12# fluoro will probably be my main line in the future as long as I find one that agrees with me. If I find myself getting into 15#+ fish I might go bigger but I tend to fish lighter lines whenever I can get away with it. I was fishing 6# mono outside the pads when I netted an 8+.
Thanks for the info guys

Thanks Chuck, I appreciate your efforts! Never any banging for mentioning other sites around here. The net is all about spreading the word about everything. Them folks that get pissy (and we all know who they are) are being either stupid, greedy or both. I've got GFF in my siggy over at TFF and ain't been called on it yet...
